Why Trivena exists
Companies should not need a patchwork of tools to sell, fulfil, account, hire, and support customers. Yet that is what most end up with: a CRM that does not know about invoices, a helpdesk that cannot see orders, a payroll tool nobody can report against, and a spreadsheet holding the seams together.
Trivena provides connected applications on a shared platform, with Trivena Cloud handling the infrastructure so teams can focus on the business rather than on running it.
AI is woven into that platform, so everyday work gets faster without giving up control or permissions. That covers finding records, drafting replies, summarizing context, and spotting what needs attention.

A customer should be one record, not five records kept roughly in sync. We build apps on one platform instead of shipping connectors between products.

The useful version of AI is not a chat window beside your work. It is drafting the quote, summarizing the ticket, and finding the invoice while you are already there.
Permissions are not optional
Every capability, including AI, runs inside the same permission system. Convenience that leaks data is not convenience.
