your company.
Pick the apps you need and the Cloud plan that fits. During early access every plan is quoted per company, so you are not paying for seats and modules you will never open.

Straight answer on numbers
We are not going to publish a price table that we would immediately qualify in a sales call. Trivena is in early access, and what a company pays depends on which applications it runs, how many people use them, and how much migration help it wants.
Tell us those three things and you get a real number, usually the same day. The plans below describe what is in scope at each level.
Four shapes of Trivena.
Starter
Small teams getting off spreadsheets
- One Site on Trivena Cloud
- One application (ERP, CRM, HR, or Helpdesk)
- Users, roles, and permissions
- Managed updates, backups, and monitoring
- trivena.tech subdomain
- Email support
Growth
MOST COMMONCompanies running several departments
- Everything in Starter
- Multiple applications in one Site
- Custom fields, workflows, and approvals
- Custom domain
- REST and RPC API access
- Trivena AI capabilities as they ship
Scale
Multi-entity and higher-volume operations
- Everything in Growth
- Multi-company setup in one Site
- Additional Site for testing and staging
- Higher resource allocation
- Custom apps on the Trivena Framework
- Priority support
Enterprise
Regulated, complex, or partner-led rollouts
- Everything in Scale
- Custom data processing terms and DPA
- Migration and implementation support
- Bring-your-own AI provider (planned)
- Agency and reseller arrangements
- Named contact at Trivena
The four variables.
- Which apps you run
- Each application can be adopted on its own, whether that is ERP, CRM, HR, or Helpdesk. You pay for what you actually use, not a bundle you grow into someday.
- How many people use it
- Pricing scales with users who need access. Read-only stakeholders and customer portal users are treated differently from full operators.
- Cloud resources
- Site size follows your data volume and transaction load. Most companies never think about this; high-volume operations do.
- Customization depth
- Configuration in Desk is included. Custom apps, integrations, and migration work are scoped separately when you want them.
Never a paid extra.
These are properties of Trivena Cloud rather than upsells. They are in Starter and in Enterprise alike.
Where the money usually goes.
The line items below are what companies typically pay for elsewhere and stop paying for on Trivena.
| Aspect | A typical stack | Trivena |
|---|---|---|
| Software subscriptions | Separate CRM, accounting, HR, and helpdesk products, each with its own seat count and renewal date. | One platform, priced per company, with the apps you enable. |
| Integrations | Connector subscriptions or middleware to keep customers, invoices, and tickets roughly in sync. | Nothing. The apps share one data model, so there is no sync to buy. |
| Hosting & operations | Servers, database hosting, backups, and someone's time applying updates. | Included in Trivena Cloud: proxy, database, backups, updates, and monitoring. |
| Customization | Developer hours per tool, repeated in every product you customize. | Custom fields, forms, and workflows configured in Desk; code only when you want it. |
| Reporting | A BI tool plus exports to reconcile numbers that live in different systems. | Reports and dashboards over one data model, filtered by the same permissions. |
Email us and describe your company in a few lines: team size, what you run today, and what hurts. That is enough for a first number.
CLOUD@TYNKTECH.NL →Pricing questions.
Trivena is in early access and pricing is quoted per company. The variables that matter, meaning which apps, how many users, how much data, and how much migration help, differ enough that a single public number would be misleading.
Yes. Every Trivena app works on its own, and adding another later is not a migration because they share the same platform, users, and data.
AI capabilities are part of the platform experience rather than a separate product. Where a capability depends on external AI providers at volume, we will be explicit about how that is billed before you rely on it.
We set up evaluation Sites for companies in the access queue rather than offering open self-serve trials. Request access and we will get you into a real Site with your own data shape.
Your business data is yours. You can export records over the API or in standard formats, and we will help you get a clean copy of your Site's data.
Yes. Agencies deploy Sites for their clients on Trivena Cloud and customize with the Framework. Enterprise agreements cover reseller and partner arrangements.
