No. Nothing from your business is retained after a request completes. There is no vector store of your records, no cached conversation history holding your figures, and no copy of your data anywhere in a model. Each request reads what it needs, produces its answer, and forgets.

Never. Not for a shared model, not for your own model, not in an anonymised form. The agents are trained on how the applications work, not on what is in your Site. This is contractual, not just a policy statement.

No. An agent runs with the permissions of the person who invoked it. If you cannot open the salary table, neither can the agent when you ask. Permission inheritance is enforced by the same layer that governs the interface.

Not by default. Agents draft and propose; a person approves. You can loosen that for genuinely low-risk tasks, and every action an agent takes is written to the audit trail with the agent named as the actor.
