Questions about the applications.

Do I have to use all of them?

No. Most companies start with three or four and switch others on over the following year. An application that is off is simply not in anybody's menu. There is no cost difference either way.

Can I keep a tool I already like?

Yes. Plenty of companies keep a specialist tool for one job and connect it through the API. The suite is not an ultimatum. It just means that anything you keep is a deliberate choice rather than an accident of history.

Are these cut down versions of real products?

No. The ERP handles multi-currency accounting, batch and serial tracking, manufacturing and multi-warehouse stock. The HR application runs recruitment through to payroll preparation. These are full applications that happen to share a database.

What if an application does not do something I need?

Every record type, field, form, report and workflow can be extended without waiting for us. If the gap is genuinely missing functionality rather than configuration, tell us. We build the whole suite ourselves, so there is nobody else to escalate to.

Do new applications cost extra when you release them?

No. When we add an application to the suite it appears in your Site, on whatever plan you are on.
