Sales Agent
Works the pipeline: qualifies inbound, drafts follow-ups, and tells you which deals are actually moving.
Your sales team does not need another dashboard telling them the pipeline is worth 400,000 euro. They need to know which four deals are dying quietly and what to send this afternoon. The Sales Agent reads every deal, every email thread, every quote and every past order in your Site, and answers that question in plain language.
Included on every plan. Switched on and scoped per department by an administrator in your own dashboard.
What it does.
Concrete work, not capabilities. This is what the agent is doing while your team gets on with something else.
-
Qualifies inbound before a human sees it
A new lead arrives from a form, an inbox, or a phone call. The agent checks whether the company already exists in your records, whether they have bought before, whether there is an open invoice, and routes it to the right person with that context attached.
-
Drafts the follow-up you keep postponing
It reads the last conversation, the quote you sent, and the objection that came back, then writes the reply in your tone. You read it, change a line, and send. Nothing goes out on its own.
-
Builds the quote from live prices and live stock
Because it can see the item master and the warehouse, a generated quote uses the price list that applies to that customer and the stock that genuinely exists. It will not quote a lead time you cannot meet.
-
Flags the deals that have gone quiet
Every morning it compares deal stages against activity and tells you where momentum has stopped, which is a different and far more useful list than the one your pipeline report gives you.
- Which deals above 10,000 euro have had no contact in two weeks?
- Draft a follow-up to Van Dijk Logistics referencing their delivery complaint in March.
- Can we deliver 400 units to Rotterdam before the 15th?
- Summarise everything we know about this account before my call in ten minutes.
What it will not do.
Limits are the useful part. An agent that could do anything would not be allowed anywhere near a ledger.
- Never sends an email, quote or contract without a person approving it
- Cannot see records the salesperson asking is not permitted to see
- Does not price below the floor your finance team configured
The applications it reads.
It can see these, through your permissions, and nothing else.
The rules that apply to this agent, and to all of them.
They remember nothing
An agent holds the conversation while you are having it and then lets go. Nothing you ask is stored as agent memory, added to a profile, or carried into tomorrow. The next question starts from your live data again, not from a summary of last week.
They read your business, not the internet
Every answer is assembled from the records in your own Site at the moment you ask. No scraped context, no vector store of your documents sitting somewhere else, no stale index quietly going out of date.
Your data never trains anything
Your records are not used to train, fine-tune or improve any model, ours or anyone else's. Trivena Technologies does not sell, share or aggregate customer data, and there is no product that would benefit from it.
They inherit your permissions exactly
An agent cannot see a single record the person asking cannot see. Ask about a salary you have no access to and the agent does not decline politely. It genuinely cannot read it.
