STATUS

Availability you can
check yourself.

Trivena publishes the live health of its infrastructure, using the same monitors our own team watches. No login, no support ticket, and no waiting for an email.

Monitored continuously · Published publicly · Checked from our own network

Why this is public

If your invoicing is slow on a Tuesday morning, you should be able to tell in a few seconds whether the problem is us. Hiding that behind a support queue wastes your time and ours.

Our status page runs on our own monitoring stack, checking Trivena Cloud components from inside our network on a continuous schedule.

WHAT WE MONITOR

The components behind your Site.

CONTROL PLANE

Control plane

The Trivena Cloud API and dashboard that provision Sites, manage users, and drive deployments.

CONTROL PLANE

Edge proxy

The proxy layer that terminates TLS and routes requests to the right Site.

CLUSTER WORKERS

Cluster workers

Application servers running customer Sites, plus the background job workers behind them.

DATA & PLATFORM

Database hosts

The managed database layer holding each Site's isolated data.

DATA & PLATFORM

Registry & builds

The image registry and build pipeline used to roll out platform and application updates.

DATA & PLATFORM

Monitoring itself

Checks run from our own private location, so the monitoring reflects the network path your requests take.

LIVE STATUS

Current availability, recent incidents, and component-level detail are published at status.trivena.tech.
