Website Agent
Builds and maintains your public site and shop from the same product and stock data you sell from.
Your website is usually the last system to hear about a price change. The Website Agent builds pages inside Trivena, which means the catalogue on your public site is the catalogue in your ERP. Change a price once and the shop, the quote and the invoice all agree, because there is only one price.
Included on every plan. Switched on and scoped per department by an administrator in your own dashboard.
What it does.
Concrete work, not capabilities. This is what the agent is doing while your team gets on with something else.
-
Builds pages from a description
Describe the page and the agent assembles it from your components, your brand, your photography and your live product data. You edit it visually afterwards.
-
Writes product copy that matches the product record
Specifications, variants, dimensions and availability come from the item master, so the description cannot drift away from what you actually ship.
-
Keeps the shop in step with the warehouse
Out of stock, back in stock, discontinued, new variant, changed price. The public site reflects the warehouse because it is reading the warehouse.
-
Turns a form fill into a qualified lead
A submission becomes a CRM record with the page it came from, the campaign that drove it, and any order history if the visitor is already a customer.
- Build a landing page for the autumn range using our current stock.
- Rewrite the product descriptions for the items we changed last week.
- Which pages are getting traffic but producing no enquiries?
- Hide everything that has been out of stock for more than a month.
What it will not do.
Limits are the useful part. An agent that could do anything would not be allowed anywhere near a ledger.
- Never publishes to the live site without approval
- Cannot change a price, only display the one in the item master
- Keeps drafts inside your Site, not on an external editor
The applications it reads.
It can see these, through your permissions, and nothing else.
The rules that apply to this agent, and to all of them.
They remember nothing
An agent holds the conversation while you are having it and then lets go. Nothing you ask is stored as agent memory, added to a profile, or carried into tomorrow. The next question starts from your live data again, not from a summary of last week.
They read your business, not the internet
Every answer is assembled from the records in your own Site at the moment you ask. No scraped context, no vector store of your documents sitting somewhere else, no stale index quietly going out of date.
Your data never trains anything
Your records are not used to train, fine-tune or improve any model, ours or anyone else's. Trivena Technologies does not sell, share or aggregate customer data, and there is no product that would benefit from it.
They inherit your permissions exactly
An agent cannot see a single record the person asking cannot see. Ask about a salary you have no access to and the agent does not decline politely. It genuinely cannot read it.
