Human in the loop, on purpose
AI proposes; people approve. Drafts are drafts. Suggested automations plug into the same approval chains that govern purchases and leave requests.
That boundary is what makes AI safe to switch on in finance and HR, where a confidently wrong action costs real money.
Saying what has shipped
