What Trivena operates
- Edge proxy and TLS, with certificates issued and renewed automatically and HTTPS enforced.
- Application servers, meaning web and worker processes sized, supervised, and rolled forward without you scheduling downtime.
- Database hosts, managed and monitored for you, with your Site's data isolated in its own database.
- Backups on an automated schedule, so a bad import is recoverable rather than fatal.
- Platform and application updates, applied on Cloud so you stay on a maintained version.
- Background jobs, with queues and schedulers supervised as part of the Site.
- Monitoring of the control plane, workers, proxies, and databases, watched continuously and reported publicly.
What stays yours
Users, roles, and permissions. Your configuration: custom fields, workflows, approval chains, print formats. And your business data, which is exportable over the API whenever you want it.
That split is deliberate. We take the parts that require an on-call rotation; you keep the parts that encode how your company works.
